   REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
 
-Deposit policy:
Your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE  (that includes any additional deposits made towards tattoo session).


-Cancellation policy:
You can cancel anytime, however you WILL FORFIT YOUR DEPOSIT if you do so, as the deposit is non-refundable.

-If you need to reschedule, you can do so. Please contact us 48 hrs prior to your appointment,
FIRST RESCHEDULE IS FREE. 
SECOND RESCHEDULE FEE IS $50. 

Anything after that will be consider a cancellation.

If there are any scheduling changes or problems, you must contact us by mail  @blacktowertattoo4060@gmail.com
or contact your artist or shop directly.

-No show = cancellation.

-If you are running late to your appointment, contact your artist.
There is a 15
 min late grace period; anything past that may result in a reschedule and a fee may apply
(your artist will determine that). 
If you do get rescheduled, an additional $50 non-refundable deposit will be required (you will loose $50 on your previous deposit).

TOUCH UPS!
-Touch ups are free (within 4-8 weeks after the tattoo appointment, anything passed 8 weeks if subject to pay a new fee.
Any mistreated tattoo or tattoo not healed properly by the client will not be considered a free touch up (your artist will determine that). 
A MINIMUM FEE WILL APPLY (150 and up)

please also note
if the artist that did your tattoo is no longer in our studio, a new fee will apply if a different artist in our studio is willing to do the retouch.

Opening Phases

PHASE 1

  • Tattoos will be by appointment only. (No walk-ins will be permitted during this time) To book an appointment use an online booking form, email, or call the shop directly

​

  • The tattoo shop will operate at only 25% capacity, to ensure that safe social distancing is maintained within the tattoo shop.

​

  • Temperature checks for all employees daily prior to beginning their scheduled shift.

​

  • All artists and clients will be required to wear masks (standard face covering) at all times inside the studio.

​

  • No extra guests will be allowed!! only the client to be tattooed.

​

  • We will add more spacing between appointments.

​

  • No food will be allowed in the studio.

PHASE 2

 Same rules as Phase 1 with the exceptions of:

​

  • They will begin allowing a limited number walk-ins into the tattoo shop. These walk-ins will only be permitted to enter when space and availability permits.

​

  • Tattoo shop will begin operating at 70% capacity if it is deemed safe to do so.

PHASE 3

Same as Phase 2 with the exceptions of:

​

  •  One guest per tattoo client will be allowed in the tattoo procedure area if the tattoo artist feels it is safe. Other than that, only tattoo artists, clients, and tattoo shop staff.

​

  • Tattoo shop will begin operating at up to 85% capacity if it is deemed safe to do so.

PHASE 4

  • Phase 4 is back to business as usual. We will still adhere to the strictest safety protocols to ensure the safety of the tattoo artists and their clients.
