REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

-Deposit policy: Your deposit is non-refundable.

-Cancellation policy:

you can cancel anytime,

however your deposit is non-refundable.

-If you need to Reschedule, you can do so, please contact us 72 hrs prior to your appointment, anything after that will be consider a cancellation.

or contact your artist directly.

-no show = cancellation.

-If you are running late to your appointment, contact your artist- A 30 min late grace period, anything pass that might get you reschedule

(your artist will determine that) 

If you get reschedule and an additional $50 non-refundable deposit will be required. (you will loose $50 on your previous deposit)

TOUCH UPS!

-touch ups are free, however any mistreated tattoo or not healed properly by client will not be a free touch up. (your artist will determine that)

any free touch ups will be subject to

a $30 supply fee prior to reschedule.
